Living and working in Hawaii is a dream come true for me... and I still feel that way after 28 years!

If you dream of experiencing "old Hawaii" and are not tied to frugality...nothing, absolutely nothing, beats the Kona Village Resort on the Big Island. Some day I will build a replica of the Marquesan hale, oceanfront, surrounded by palm trees...and live happily every after!!!

If your project calls for words or phrases in the Hawaiian language or the beautiful music of our islands, point your browser to Ka Olelo Hawaii - a fun and colorful way to learn words and phrases. Auntie Leilani provides many Hawaiian language links along with a huge dose of Aloha!

If you want to sample Hawaiian music sound clips be sure to follow the links to Keali`i Reichel, BB Shawn, Rev. Dennis Kamakahi and Amy Gilliom...my personal favorites!

To purchase Hawaiian music CD's/books/videos hele on over to Auntie Maria's Hawaiian Music Island. It's an excellent place to begin your search if you need resource material for your film or video project in need of our state's mele.

If you have a project with a tropical theme, be it a set, office or home, you'll find some great decorating supplies at Bamboo Hawaii.

As a casting director one of the tools of my trade is a camcorder and I'm always looking for ways to create a better casting product. Here is a 'how to', as in "How To Shoot Better Home Movies" with your camcorder. No, I didn't produce it but I know who did and it's a Hawaii, home-grown product; one worthy of promoting and definitely one worthy of buying.

Highsurfwarning.com is a fun and informative site, chock full of local ocean info, web cams, weather, graphs, charts, you name it! And, if you're still on dial-up...donteventhinkaboutit!!!
